Plumbing and Fire Protection Design
Through the classroom instruction, the students will be exposed to various aspects of plumbing and fire protection design, including calculations, system layout, drafting, specifications, and working procedures in this field.
This course will focus on practicality. The students are expected to have previous educations in engineering. The course is also of value for those who already have Canadian experience but want to broaden their knowledge base to meet future challenges.
The principal target of employment is design engineer in consulting firms. Other related employment opportunities are also possible.
